What is the Spring Fling Beer Fest event?

Come drink one-of-a-kind ales, lagers, meads, and ciders created by some of Kansas City's most talented home and professional brewers.  Give us money...we give you beer.  #everyonewins

Can I bring my kid, dog, cat, lemur or any other living creature other than me?  

No.  This event is for humans only who are 21+ years or older.

Can we purchase tickets at the door?   

Yep.  Advance purchase tickets are $30.00.   Tickets at the door are $40.00 each.  Designated drivers are free and receive complimentary waters.  Buy your ticket here.

What!! You have moved to the Historic City Market (yeah, that one!) in the River Market District?

How do I vote for my favorite homebrewer/beer?

There will be glass jars at each brewer's table you can stuff full of cash to vote for your favorite.  Last year, there was a fellow who voted with 100 $1 bills for one crafter.

 

Will there be food?

Yes, delicious food!  We have wheeled and dealed the best options--informaton forthcoming

Should I bring cash or card?

Bring both.  Vote for your favorite homebrewer with small bills/cash and get your tasty snacks

from a vendor using your cash or debit.

What was the "Why?" of the origianl NKC Spring Fling Beer Fest?

The North Kansas City Rotary Club's Annual Spring Fling Beer Fest started in 2017, as a fundraiser benefiting both local and international humanitarian projects.  Past projects include high school scholarships, at-risk youth programs, senior citizen services, microloans, Boy Scouts, therapy dog programs, and various other charities.
